SUCK MY P**** PATRIARCHY

We don't want to leave the glow to spaces where the patriarchy uses our bodies. We're taking back the night and reclaiming the sparkle – it's neon, baby! Instead of the conventional erotic promises of happiness, we are therefore making a demand for sexual self-determination in neon: suck my p**** patriarchy!

The neon sign was originally designed at the invitation of the Offenbach Women's Office and illuminated the city centre from the Offenbach town hall as part of the queer-feminist 8 March action week. In the same year, the work became part of the municipal art collection. We also had the opportunity to let it shine again in the 0»Same Bold Stories?« exhibition.
